Born and bred in Tokyo, I’ve immersed myself in its ancient history and keenly observed its rapid changes for over 40 years. One way or another, I have visited everywhere in Tokyo either for work or for entertainment. And I’ve come to believe that the most unique and exciting area of all, the one that best showcases traditional culture and contemporary urban life, is – right here in Koto City!
